Mr. Yuta Ishii
Through mentoring, reflection, and action, Yuta discovered his true passion.
While working on a job-hunting service startup, Yuta began receiving mentoring from TENJO. Questioned whether his business aligned with his desired world, he revisited his core motivations.
Exploring interests beyond the HR field, Yuta broadened his perspective through mentoring and workshops. This process deepened his self-awareness, revealing that his true aspiration was “continuously taking on challenges with trusted companions.”
Realizing that entrepreneurship itself wasn’t the goal but rather the experience of striving for ambitious targets with teammates, he decided to focus on building skills and gaining experience now. Leveraging his skills, Yuta began offering website development services and, in April 2025, relocated to Tokyo to continue pursuing challenges with his peers.
Determined to expand his knowledge and experience, he actively explores unfamiliar industries, embracing the opportunities created by AI’s advancement to break through traditional barriers and cultivate diverse expertise.
