DAMEDASHI U-22

This project is focused on helping young people who want to give shape to their aspirations.

DAMEDASHI Session U-22 is an open discussion forum geared at teasing out and sharing the core essence of an idea by inviting people to share proposals and solicit constructive criticism. Participants give feedback on each other’s ideas, and mentors with deep experience in entrepreneurship and business management take part to further deepen discussions. At the end of the session, participants present their insights on how they were able to broaden their horizons. 

However, DAMEDASHI is not just about discussing ideas. Mentors from TENJO KANAZAWA are on hand to accompany and support them in the process of giving those ideas shape. These processes move in tandem, with advising on business conception and planning, referrals to different resources, and in some cases financial support being offered simultaneously.
