Japanese culinary education project


In addition to researchers from the Kanazawa Institute of Food Tech & Art taking part as instructors in the Japanese Food Junior Elite Training Course held by Kanazawa City, we also support the management of the All Japan High School Student Washoku Grand Prix. Through lectures conveying Japanese food techniques inscribed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, we are helping uncover and nurture new human resources who will be responsible for the future of Kanazawa’s food culture.
