Test sales at Nomachi Cafe

Nomachi Cafe helps support the growth of chefs and pattisiers who will lead the next generation. We do so by conducting test sales of new dishes and products through pop-up events. By actually selling these new items at the storefront, it lets us to gauge customer feedback and opinions, which encourages chefs to improve their skills and further drives their career growth.
