Restaurant Startup Support Program
This program is designed to support the launch of restaurants and food products businesses, and to create high-quality, unique restaurants and businesses in Kanazawa.
This program is jointly operated by the Kanazawa Institute of Food Arts and Culinary Arts, a food R&D center, and TENJO KANAZAWA, which provides entrepreneurial support. Participants will receive the necessary support for their restaurant start-up needs, from business concept to menu development and preparation for opening a restaurant.
