Restaurant Startup Support Program

This program is geared at supporting those launching businesses like restaurants, food manufacturing/sales companies, etc., and aims to create high-quality, unique stores and businesses out of Kanazawa.

 This program is jointly operated by the Kanazawa Institute of Food Tech & Art, a culinary R&D center, and TENJO KANAZAWA, which provides entrepreneurial support. Participants gain access to a variety of support tailored to their needs, ranging from restaurant creation, to business planning, to menu development, to store opening preparations.
